After a century of service, the humble analogue line will be stepping down in 2025, along with the mighty ISDN network and any broadband services via analogue lines to make way for exciting new and more efficient, digital services.

What does this mean for your business?

Many of the phone lines we currently use are on the analogue network. By 31st December 2025, all analogue phone lines will need to be migrated to the digital network.

This means that all services and hardware connected to your existing phone line will need to be capable of working via a router and broadband connectivity.

Standard telecoms contracts are 3-5 years long so make sure to not be caught out with a phone system that may become redundant in 2025.

New digital services that can help future proof your business.

These new broadband services launched by Openreach eradicate the need for a copper line!
